Aljaariyah Welfare Foundation began as a family charity, fueled by our desire to make a positive impact in the lives of the poor and needy. We started by collecting donations from our family members, recognizing that this alone would not be enough to uplift those in need. We understood the importance of ongoing charity, known as “sadaqatul jaariya,” and this concept inspired the name “Aljaariyah.” Most of the charitable acts we engaged in, such as building mosques, schools, madrasahs, and digging wells for communities without access to water, were ongoing in nature.

By the grace of Allah, our humble family charity has grown into a foundation that now aids thousands of individuals in impoverished areas of East Africa on a daily basis. Our organization is dedicated to improving the lives of each person who seeks our help, and we take pride in the fact that our services contribute to strengthening underserved communities one person at a time. Our mission is accomplished by developing health and educational infrastructure, providing access to safe water, and creating livelihood opportunities. At Aljaariyah Welfare Foundation, we promote dignity and hope as fundamental values.
